Warranty for Lumed Equipment

Type: standard (not full-risk or other types of warranty).
Period: 12 months from the date of shipping.
Parts not covered by warranty (properly functioning upon delivery only):
- Accessories and parts subject to wear (reusable electrodes, cables and terminals of any kind, paper drive rollers, batteries, accumulators, etc.).
- Consumption or single-patient materials (paper of any kind, film, video printers, nozzles, BV filters, ECG thoracic bands, single-use electrodes, gel, etc.).
The warranty does not cover intentional damages or caused by negligence. Also excluded are damages caused by improper use of the device, including use by unauthorized and not duly trained personnel.
Interventions under warranty are ex LUMED Laboratory (Opera site) subject to filling in the RMA form sent by LUMED S.r.l. Return is carriage free only for interventions actually under warranty, in all other cases return is carriage forward.
Each intervention is preceded by a Quotation and followed by a Technical Report.
The warranty shall become null and void in the event of even partial intervention by technical personnel not authorized by Lumed S.r.l. or if non-original accessories and consumables or not approved by Lumed S.r.l. are used.
